Combining the typical varieties of the region, presents great aromatic intensity where floral notes and tropical fruits predominate. In the mouth it's light and has refreshing acidity.<\/p>

Viticultural Year<\/span><\/h3>\n

The year was characterized by some fluctuations in annual temperature and precipitation values, considering it a warm and normal year in terms of precipitation. Taking into account the observed climatic conditions, the reduced impact of pests and diseases, with grapes in good phytosanitary condition, we are facing a year with above-average production and high quality potential. <\/p>\n\n

Vinification & Aging<\/span><\/h3>\n

Grapes from the Vale d’A\u00e7or estate, located on the S. Jo\u00e3o da Pesqueira plateau, at an average altitude of 600 meters. Manual and careful harvesting into 15 kg boxes between the last week of August and the first week of September. Pressing of whole bunches at low pressure, the must after pressing was clarified by decantation at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation followed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15\u00b0C for 20 days. The wine aged in contact with fine lees with weekly b\u00e2tonnage for 7 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling in April 2025.<\/p>\n\n

Consumption<\/span><\/h3>\n

Serve between 8\u00b0C-10\u00b0C as an aperitif or with seafood dishes, white meats or salads. Can be consumed immediately or be kept for 4 to 5 years, if in good storage conditions and in a horizontal position.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
